could my dog have rabies??

our fire alarm batteries are dead so it kept beeping. and my dog is soo scared now.
yesterday he was in my shelf and today he was under the table and he was under the couch. i couldnt even find him.
and when i found him and got him out he wanted to go back again .and when i touched him he tried to scare me.
i read on the internet before that a dog with rabies could be shy and stuff.
and a few days ago. theres a cut on his leg. either he bit it cause of fleas or something bit him. but theres wouldnt be anything in our backyard. and he was bleeding a tiny bit
his shots are up to date and he was just like shaking a few min. ago
