No he’s not. You can check your dogs weight by looking down at their shape. A too thin dog reveals hip bones and ribs. A good weight is being able to define ribs and hips. Overweight dog you can’t tell where their hips are and they resemble a tube.
Also, you could always weigh your dog. A boxer is supposed to weigh 60-65 lbs.
